Once the excitement of becoming engaged has died down and the reality of planning a wedding arises, it can seem like a daunting task. Not sure where to begin with the planning process or if you initially have everything covered. Need advice on keeping within budget without feeling like you’re compromising the day of your dreams or have you come to the end of your planning but need to go over the final details and check how the day will actually flow?

Wedding advice can save you a lot of time, stress and money in the long run. With friendly advice and honest opinions, the aim is to steer you in the right direction, yet allowing the vision for your day to shine through.

Advice can be given at any stage of your wedding preparation. Following your appointment, you will receive a detailed timeline, which will provide you with everything that is left to do and take you right up to your wedding day.

3 hours of wedding advice can be booked in 3 x 1 hour sessions or 2 x 1.5 hours sessions.

Hourly rate - £35 per hour
Our hourly advice option can be used to go through everything you have done so far and to make sure nothing has been missed. The hour can also be used to help go through your RSVP’s, table plan or to even talk to your venue or suppliers. Or use the hour to clear up any issues or worries you may have about the day.This option can also be bought as a gift and would make a wonderful engagement present.

If purchased as a gift, a gift certificate will be sent. The client receiving the gift will also receive a detailed timeline of their planning process.

Supplier search - from £150
Using our local knowledge of businesses, we will provide you with a shortlist of between 3 and 5 suppliers to suit your requirements and always taking into account your budget, style and vision. A meeting will be arranged and any information, brochures and samples collected will be handed over. This will save you a lot of time and effort trying to find the right suppliers and any savings that we are able to negotiate will be passed directly on to you.

Venue search - from £250
Not sure what questions to ask or whether you’re asking the right ones? Do you want to see a venue with fresh eyes and be given an unbiased opinion?

A meeting will be arranged to discuss everything you require from a venue. Taking into account your vision for the day, your budget and location, all the necessary research will be done including availability and a shortlist of venues will be presented to you. Depending on your preference we can visit each venue with you and help you see whether the venue is right for you. Alternatively, we can give you all the information on the venues and you can view them at your leisure.

Wedding day coordination - from £450
After having spent all those hours meticulously planning your wedding, it would be a shame to have something happen on the day making you worry when you should be enjoying the best day of your life.
This option gives you the coordination and support on the day and we aim to take away the stress of worrying whether the flowers have arrived at the church or whether the transport will turn up on time.
We will arrange a meeting a few weeks prior to the wedding day to meet you both and to discuss your requirements. We will make sure we understand your wishes and vision for the day. A list of all the suppliers contact details will be taken and they will be contacted to ensure the smooth running of deliveries and arrivals. Discreet liaising will occur with the venue to ensure that the seating plan is correct and that the entire decor is as it should be. We will be there to welcome you to your venue and to guide your guests through the day and make sure everyone is enjoying themselves.

The final stages - from £675
This option is perfect for couples that have planned most of the wedding yet feel like they need a little extra help and support in the couple of months before the big day.
Usually six to eight weeks before the wedding we will have a detailed consultation. We’ll arrange a walkthrough at your venue so you can go through your plans with us. We will contact all of your suppliers and finalise the details. We can chase RSVP’s and generally alleviate any stress in the run up to your wedding.
We will oversee you wedding day with our wedding day coordination as above.

Full bespoke planning - prices on request
From the start of your planning right up until the day of your wedding, this option provides you with complete support throughout. This option is perfect for couples that need the support of a dedicated wedding planner, who will guide them through every step of planning a wedding.

From supplier sourcing, to managing the wedding day, the full wedding planning package is tailored to suit your needs with you having as little or as much input as you like.

We offer a free, initial consultation where we will discuss your requirements and ideas. Following the consultation, a detailed proposal will be sent to you outlining all work to be undertaken, along with our fees. As our prices are fixed, any savings or discounts received from suppliers will go directly to you.

A detailed timeline and plan will be provided. Regular meetings will be arranged to update and amend these when required. Advice and knowledge of colours, themes and styling will be discussed to enable your vision to shine through on the day.

On the day, all suppliers will be managed, making sure everything and everyone is where they should be and on time. Any problems that arise will be dealt with discreetly, allowing you to have a stress free day and enabling your day to flow with ease.

All of this will be supported by regular phone calls and emails. During the last few weeks before your wedding we will work closely with you to ensure you are completely happy with all the arrangements.
